We’re proud to support St Margaret’s CofE Junior School in Rainham, UK, with their new garden project.
The school representatives decided that there would be a benefit to all Junior pupils, including those with learning difficulties, to have gardening lessons from a health perspective—growing vegetables from seed, learning to look after them until they’re ready for harvesting, with the intention of the school kitchen serving them for lunch!
So far, we’ve donated a greenhouse, gardening tools, compost, pots, and more. Next, we’ll help prepare the greenhouse and provide seeds for spring planting.
The school is thrilled, and we’re excited to see how this project will help students learn valuable lessons about sustainability, teamwork, and the joy of growing their own food.
Giving back to the community is one of our most important initiatives, and we’re honored to be part of this project.
