We deliver flexible, scalable Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) Leasing and Fleet Management Services suited to both long-term deployments and short-notice missions, in accordance with applicable host-nation regulations and client-specific standards. Our proven track record includes operations in complex environments, supported by responsive local teams and centralised oversight to maintain fleet availability and operational readiness.

SCA Group supports the U.S. Government with NTV Leasing and Fleet Management Services across multiple countries. Our offering includes vehicle sourcing, maintenance coordination, registration, insurance and 24/7 support tailored to mission-critical requirements.

Our portfolio includes land transportation services for the U.S. Department of State through the U.S. Embassy in Manila, covering requirements across the Philippines; NTV rental support for U.S. Army personnel within the EUCOM Area of Responsibility; and services for the U.S. Air Force. We also deliver NTV rental solutions through WEXMAC in support of the U.S. Armed Forces and through the Global Husbanding Multiple Award Contract (Global MAC) in support of the U.S. Navy.

LODGING, CATERING, AND CONFERENCE SUPPORT | TRANSLATION AND INTERPRETATION SERVICES

From planning through execution, SCA Group provides Lodging, Catering and Conference Support, together with Translation and Interpretation Services. Our support includes venue coordination, accommodation, catering and language services, helping clients manage conference and event requirements across different operational environments.

We have supported clients worldwide, including U.S. Army events and multinational naval exercises such as UNITAS in South America and Obangame Express across Africa. This support has also included the Africa Senior Enlisted Leader Conference, hosted by U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM). Our experience further extends to providing venues, accommodation and catering for international organisations and government agencies, including UN Women in Georgia, UNDP in New York, OSCE in Turkey, the Singaporean Government in India and the European Defence Agency across Europe.

TRANSPORT, STORAGE, AND MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT

Our Transportation and Warehousing Services support secure storage, cargo movement and the provision of Material Handling Equipment. These services are delivered with a focus on safety, coordination and operational continuity across wider Supply Chain Management requirements.

Under WEXMAC, SCA provides storage solutions, end-to-end warehouse operations and security measures aligned with client requirements. We work closely with U.S. NAVSUP representatives at Jeddah Port and coordinate customs clearance with the relevant Saudi authorities. We also support high-priority military cargo movements through shipment tracking and continuous coordination within Saudi Arabia and between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.

Additionally, we manage the movement of military vehicles and ISO containers within Saudi Arabia and between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain for the Royal Navy. Our team also provides Warehousing Support to the U.S. Navy in Bahrain and loading and unloading services for UNIFIL personnel at its headquarters in Naqoura, Lebanon.

With an experienced team, we deliver Stevedoring and Port Terminal Services including cargo handling, storage and terminal logistics. Our support coordinates the movement of equipment, supplies and vehicles to and from ports worldwide, helping maintain operational continuity for military and commercial clients. This coordinated approach supports efficient vessel turnaround and reduces avoidable delays during scheduled and contingency operations.

SCA Group supports the U.S. Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) and affiliated agencies through multiple contracts at key strategic hubs, including Rota, Spain; Qatar; Australia; and various locations within the EUCOM Area of Responsibility. Under these agreements, we provide Stevedoring, Port Terminal and Cargo Handling Services for U.S. military and government-chartered vessels.

Each contract is structured around regional operational and regulatory requirements, supporting efficient vessel turnaround, alignment with USTRANSCOM and host-nation protocols, and operational readiness. SCA Group can mobilise rapidly and operate in complex environments to support both scheduled and contingency operations.

SCA Group supports humanitarian missions through Logistics and Supply Chain Management Services. This includes support for disaster-relief activities and refugee-assistance programmes, helping coordinate the delivery of aid and operational resources to communities in need.

Since 2012, SCA Group has secured multiple contracts to provide port and inland services to USNS Mercy and USNS Comfort, supporting humanitarian and disaster-relief operations across Asia, Central America and the Caribbean, including remote and austere environments such as Vietnam and Haiti. Our approach enables support to be adapted to changing operational and client requirements.

SCA Group has also provided a range of services to UN Women, UNDP, UNIFIL and the relevant Red Cross organisation across diverse and complex settings, supporting wider Humanitarian and Operational Missions worldwide.
