We have also participated in the United Nations Global Compact Target Gender Equality Accelerator, which supports companies in strengthening gender equality initiatives and establishing measurable targets for women’s representation and leadership. 

 

Women currently represent 42% of our workforce, compared with 58% men, with women represented across the organisation, including within management and operational roles. We remain committed to advancing gender equality and supporting women’s participation and progression across our operations.
