Being aware of the importance of gender equality, especially within our industry, SCA Group has signed the WEP’S CEO Statement of Support, committing to advancing gender equality at the highest level. SCA Group is proud to make progress towards setting ambitious corporate targets for gender equality by joining the United Nations Global Compact Target Gender Equality Accelerator.

 

Our current gender ratio stands at 42% female and 58% male. Women are represented not only throughout the company but also in key roles within our Management and Operations teams – something that is quite unique in our industry. We remain dedicated to advancing gender equality and empowering women.
